INVITATION TO TENDER
PROVISION OF SECURITY SERVICES TO NSSF ANNEX 8TH FLOOR OFFICES

The State Department for Shipping and Maritime invites sealed Tenders from eligible candidates for the provision of security Services to Social Security Annex House 8th Floor for a period of 24 months.
This is an open tender
Qualified and Interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the tender documents at The NSSF
ANNEX BULDING 8TH FLOOR OFFICES during official working hours (08.00 – 17.00 hours)
A complete set of tender documents may be obtained electronically from the Website www.transport.go.ke OR
PPIP portal www.tenders.go.ke and those who have downloaded the document from the website must forward
their particulars immediately for recording and any further clarifications.
All tenders must be accompanied by a tender security of Kshs.100,000.00.
The tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender document submitted.
Prices quoted should be net inclusive of all taxes and costs, must be expressed in Kenya Shillings and shall remain
valid for a period of 140 days from the closing date of the tender.
Completed Tender Documents enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, marked with the Tender Number should be

and be deposited in the tender box provided at the 8th floor NSSF BUILDING, along Ngong Road Nairobi, so as to
be received on or before 30th August, 2022 at 10.00am. Bid security of 2% of the tender sum from a Reputable
Bank valid for additional 30 days beyond the Tender validity period.
Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline date and time
specified later in the presence of the tenderer’s OR their representatives who choose to attend the opening at 8th
floor NSSF BUILDING, Conference Room
Late tenders shall be rejected.
