N/B:
- i)All the aforementioned items will be disposed on “as is, where is” basis.
- ii)Interested bidders must provide a refundable deposit in form of a banker’s cheque payable to “Technical University of Mombasa” of the stated amount in the tender document
iii) Bidders may view and assess the conditions of all the items they intend to buy from 3rd to 14th March, 2022 from 8:30am to 3:00pm on working days at University Main Campus.
Interested and eligible candidates may inspect and obtain tender documents from the University website (www.tum.ac.ke .) or http://tenders.go.ke free of charge. Further, tenderers should forward their particulars/contacts to email address: procurement@tum.ac.ke on or before the closing date for record-keeping and future communication, including clarifications and/ or addendums, if any.
The complete tender documents should be enclosed in plain sealed envelope clearly marked with the tender name and reference numbers and addressed to:

Should be deposited in Tender Box A located at the Administration Block, Ground Floor on or before Tuesday, 15th March,2022 at 10.00am. Late bids will not be accepted
Bids will be opened immediately thereafter in the University Conference room in the presence of the bidders’ representative(s) who choose to attend
