TENDER NOTICE 

PROVISION OF SECURITY SERVICES TO THE JUDICIARY 

TENDER NO.: JUD/OT/004/2022-2023 

The Judiciary invites sealed bids from eligible tenderers for the Provision of Security Services for period of (3) years
renewable annually subject to satisfactory performance. Interested candidates may view / obtain the tender document by
downloading it from the Judiciary’s website: www.judiciary.go.ke or the Public Procurement information Portal (PPIP)
website: www.tenders.go.ke.
There will be a Pre-Bid Conference on Friday 26thAugust, 2022 at 2.00 PM vide the link: shorturl.at/boV08. All
eligible and interested bidders are encouraged to attend.
All the Clarifications and/or addendums will be posted on the Judiciary Website and the Public Procurement Information
Portal (PPIP) website: www.tenders.go.ke. Any request for clarifications must be made in writing at least five (5 No.) days
before the tender closing date.
Prices quoted for the above tender shall be net inclusive of all taxes, and delivery costs, must be expressed in Kenya Shillingsand shall remain valid for One Hundred and Twenty (120) days from the tender closing date. The tender must beaccompanied by a tender security of Kshs. 1,000,000.00 and in the form of a guarantee from a reputable bank or institutionapproved by the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority payable to the Chief Registrar of the Judiciary. Tenderers will berequired to quote for only THREE (3No.) clusters. Qualified Local Service Providers are encouraged to bid.
Completed tender documents should be clearly marked JUD/OT/004/2022-2023: PROVISION OF SECURITY
SERVICES TO THE JUDICIARY and be deposited in the tender box situated at the Supreme Court Building security gate,
City Hall Way, to be received on or before 2.00 Pm on Tuesday 6th September, 2022.
Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend
