PROVISION OF SPEECH RECOGNITION SOFTWARE AND ACCESSORIES 2022 – THE JUDICIARY

THE JUDICIARY TENDER MARCH 2022 

The Judiciary invites bidders who are technically and financially capable for Provision of Speech Recognition Software and Accessories for an initial period of one (1) year renewable annually on mutual agreement up to a maximum of 3 years subject to satisfactory performance.

Interested and eligible candidates may view / obtain the tender document by downloading it from the Judiciary’s website: www.judiciary.go.ke or the Public Procurement Information Portal (PPIP) website: www.tenders.go.ke . Any request for clarifications must be made in writing at least five (5) days to the closing date of the tender. All Clarifications and/or addendums will be posted on the Judiciary and PPIP websites.

Prices quoted for the above tender shall be inclusive of all taxes, and delivery costs, must be expressed in Kenya Shillings and shall remain valid for one hundred and twenty (120) days from the closing date of the tender. The Tender must be accompanied by tender security of Kshs.200,000 and in the form of a guarantee from a reputable bank or institution approved by the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) payable to the Chief Registrar of the Judiciary. The tenderers shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted. Late tenders shall be rejected.

Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, clearly marked with the tender number and name and deposited in the Tender Box provided at the Main gate, Supreme Court entrance, City Hall Way, Nairobi and addressed to:
