The office of the Norwegian Refugee Council, Nairobi wishes to invite qualified companies/ service providers to submit their firm offers for Provision of Staff & Dependants Medical Insurance Cover for the period 2023-2025.

Complete tender documents may be collected by interested and eligible suppliers/service providers from the regional office of the Norwegian Refugee Council East Africa and Yemen in Nairobi Located along Naushed Merali Drive (Former El molo Drive), Lavington from Friday 23rd September, 2022 – Thursday 13th October, 2022.
Tender documents shall be issued during normal working hours from 0800 hrs to 1500 Hrs upon payment of Non-refundable fee of Kes 3,000 per tender. The tender documents are not transferable.
Completed tender documents must be submitted enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, marked with the reference number as indicated in the tender documents and dropped in the tender box at NRC Nairobi Regional office block A on or before Thursday 13th October, 2022 at 1000Hrs
Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter at 1100Hrs. Bidders, or their representatives are encouraged to attend the opening session.
Norwegian Refugees Council reserves the right to withdraw, accept or reject any bid application and may annul the tender process at any time prior to contract award without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder/s.
