TENDER NOTICES 
PROVISION OF STAFF MEDICAL INSURANCE, GROUP PERSONAL ACCIDENT/ WIBA AND GROUP LIFE COVER FOR STAFF

The Office of the Registrar of Political Parties (ORPP) is a State office established under section 33 of the Political Parties
Act, 2011 (PPA) and pursuant to provisions of Article 260 of the Constitution. The mandate of the Office is to register
and regulate political parties and to administer the Political Parties Fund under the PPA.
ORPP invites sealed bids from interested bidders for the PROVISION OF STAFF MEDICAL INSURANCE, GROUP
PERSONAL ACCIDENT/ WIBA AND GROUP LIFE COVER FOR STAFF

Interested eligible firms may obtain the tender document at the ORPP’s Supply Chain Management department at
Lion Place 1st Floor, along Karuna Close, Westlands –off Waiyaki Way during working hours upon cash payment
of Kenya Shillings One Thousand (Kshs. 1,000). (Please obtain an official receipt). Alternatively, the tender can also
be downloaded FREE OF CHARGE from the ORPP’s website www.orpp.or.ke or the Public Procurement Information
Portal (PPIP) website www.tenders.go.ke.
Completed tender documents (two sets) are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes marked with tender reference
number and be deposited in the Tender Box at the ORPP reception area on 1st Floor, Lion Place, along Karuna Close,
Westlands –off Waiyaki Way, to be received on or before Tuesday, 25th April, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. East African Time.

Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the tenderers and/or representatives who choose to

Late bids will not be accepted whatsoever and will be returned unopened.
