INVITATION TO TENDER

PROVISION OF STAFF PENSION SCHEME THROUGH AN UMBRELLA ARRANGEMENT
1. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive tendering method using a
standardized tender document and is open to all qualified and interested tenders.
Tenderers will be allowed to tender for one or more items.
2. Qualified and interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect
the Tender Documents during office hours at the Procurement Office, located on
the 11th floor, Britam Tower, Upper Hill Road during working hours at the address
given below. Tender documents may be viewed and/or downloaded from the
website www.wef.go.ke.
3. A complete set of tender documents may be obtained by interested tenders from
the following websites: www.wef.go.ke Tender documents obtained electronically
will be free of charge.
4. Tendered documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website
www.wef.go.ke. Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their
particulars immediately to info@wef.go.ke to facilitate any further clarification or
addendum.
5. All Tenders must be accompanied by a tender security of Kenya shillings,
500,000 from a financial Institution approved and licensed by CBK OR from an
Insurance Company Licensed by IRA and approved by PPRA ( Tenderers shall not
self-guarantee)
6. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents
submitted.
7. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before
Wednesday 15th of January 2025 at 11.30am. Electronic Tenders Will Not
be permitted.
8. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified
above or any deadline date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened
in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend
at the address below.
9. Late tenders will be rejected.
