INVITATION TO TENDER
PROVISION OF TAX CONSULTANCY SERVICES
1. National Oil Corporation of Kenya (National Oil), herein known as the Procuring entity, invites sealed tenders
from interested and eligible candidates for the PROVISION OF TAX CONSULTANCY SERVICES for a
period of three (3) years contract renewable annually based on satisfactory performance.
2. Tendering will be conducted under Open National Tendering method and is open to all qualified and
interested Tenderers.
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents
during office hours, between 0800hrs to 1700hrs (East Africa Time) at.
Procurement Department, National Oil Corporation located at Kawi Complex Block D, South C,
Nairobi, Kenya.

4. Tender documents may be obtained electronically from the Website(s) www.nationaloil.co.ke; or
www.tenders.go.ke. Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of charge. Tenderers who
download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to (tenders@nockenya.co.ke)
to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
5. Completed tenders must be delivered to National Oil Corporation located at Kawi Complex Block D, Red
Cross Road, Off Popo Road, South C, Nairobi, Kenya on or before 26th July, 2024 at 1100hrs East African
Time. And deposited in the Tender Box provided at Reception, Ground Floor, Kawi Complex Block D.
6. Electronic Tenders will not be permitted
7. Tenders that do not fit in the tender box shall be deposited at the Reception Desk and recorded using the
register located at the reception area at the address located in clause 6 above.
8. Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
9. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline date
and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated
representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
10. Late tenders will be rejected.
