KENYA ASSOCIATION OF MUSIC PRODUCERS TENDER JULY 2023 

1. Kenya Association of Music Producers (KAMP) is mandated by both Resident and Non-Resident Producers of Sound Recording to administer, exercise and enforce the exploitation of Performances in Public Places, Broadcasting, and Communication to the Public Rights in Sound Recordings in their Catalogue/Repertoire. KAMP is also licensed by Kenya Copyright Board [KECOBO] as a Collective Management Organization [CMO] for the year 2023/2024.
2. Performers Rights Society of Kenya (PRISK) is mandated by both Resident and Non- Resident Performers of copyrighted works to administer, exercise and enforce the exploitation of Performances in Public Places, Broadcasting and Communication to the Public Rights of Fixations of their Performances in their Catalogue/Repertoire. PRISK is also licensed by Kenya Copyright Board (KECOBO) as a Collective Management Organization (CMO) for the year 2023/2024.
3. Music Copyright Society of Kenya (MCSK) is mandated by both Resident and Non-Resident Authors, Composers, Arrangers, and Publishers of Musical Works to administer, exercise and enforce the exploitation of Performances in Public Places, Broadcasting, Communication to the Public, and Mechanical Reproduction Rights of Copyrighted Musical Works in their Catalogue/Repertoire. MCSK is also licensed by Kenya Copyright Board (KECOBO) as a Collective Management Organization (CMO) for the year 2023/2024.

KAMP, PRISK, and MCSK are seeking applications from capable, skilled, eligible, and enthusiastic firms for the provision of the following services:

Prospective bidders have the opportunity to access the comprehensive document outlining the requirements and specifications of the aforementioned tender by visiting the respective websites of KAMP (www.kamp.or.ke), PRISK (www.prisk.or.ke), and MCSK (www.mcsk.or.ke). Sealed tenders must be directed to the Chairperson of the Tender Committee and submitted to the MCSK offices located at AK119, Slip Road off Waiyaki Way, between TOYOTA Kenya and Malawi High Commission. The deadline for submission is 26th July 2023 at 12:00 pm. Subsequently, the sealed tenders will be unveiled at 2:00 pm same venue.
