REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFP) FOR TRAINING DELIVERY 

COURSE OUTLINES

NOTE: The below course outlines are a guideline but not limited to, bidders are required to provide additional proposal that touches on the minimum modules provided below

Duration: propose best timeline not more than 2 weeks training period stagnated.

Course delivery: the course will be delivered to staff in different countries, and online courses are most preferred. Below course are to be quoted in lots 1-8 or as a whole by one company, however award will be based on each course

2)    Emotional Intelligence

3)    Retention and Engagement

4)    General management

5)    Report writing

6)    Project Management

7)    Procurement Training

8)    Online course for course for drivers

EVALUATION CRITERIA

The total score shall be obtained by combined weighted score. The weight for the technical evaluation shall be 70%. The weight for financial evaluation shall be 30%.

Preliminary Evaluation

The below documents shall be provided as a mandatory requirement to move to technical evaluation.

  1. Certificate of Professional Competence
  2. Renewed Trade/Operating business license,
  3. Tax Clearances
  4. Other legal documents certifying qualification for performing similar assignments.

Technical evaluation requirements and scores

The technical pass mark is 70 marks and will cover 70% of the weighted score under below scoring marks.

Financial Evaluation

This will cover 30% of the weighted score and will be based on the lowest priced. Financial pricing should be provided per course per person using the price schedule.

Delivery and packaging

Instructions:

Payment Terms: Option 1: 100% payment within 30 days from delivery and receipt of invoice and delivery notes. Supplier must be willing to provide us with 30 days credit facility or choose not to quote.
Quotation must include the following: ·         Quote shall be marked with RFP# above

·         Copy of valid Company Trade license, Tax certificate (VAT Registration),

·         Detailed description of the quoted items;

·         Information on delivery cost, method, date; where applicable

·         Detailed information on any warranties offered by the vendor;

·         Quotation in KES inclusive of tax, excise and other duties or taxes;

·         Information on the number of days for which the quote is valid;

·         Statement or signing/stamping the quote to confirm the bidder will adhere to Education Development Trust terms and conditions.

Evaluation

criteria:

Offers will be evaluated based on their responsiveness to the specification, qualifications and experience of the vendor, location, price, after sale service, delivery time and related criteria.

Deadline:

·         The quote/information must be submitted to Education Development Trust no later than 19th April 2023 at 11.00 am

·         Quotations/information submitted after the deadline will not be considered.

Method:

·         Offer to be submitted electronically only, do not send hard copies to our offices.

·         Submit your quotation/information on company letterhead signed by an authorized person of the company.

·         To send your quote by e-mail you must sign, scan and send the quote as an attachment in PDF format to ssaprocurement@educationdevelopmenttrust.com

Education Development Trust reserves the right to reject any or all quotes when considered to be in the best interest of the organization and/or the people it serves.
