INVITATION TO TENDER
PROVISION OF WASTEPAPER AND RECORDS DISPOSAL MANAGEMENT SERVICES ON A FRAMEWORK CONTRACT FOR A PERIOD OF 3 YEARS.
1. The Independent Electoral & Boundaries Commission (IEBC) invites sealed tenders for the provision
of provision of wastepaper and records disposal services on a framework contract for a period of 3years.
2. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method Open Tender using a standardized tender
document. Tendering is open to qualified and interested under Persons With Disability (PWD) AGPO Category.
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender
Documents during office hours Monday to Friday, 8.00a.m. -1:00 p.m. and 2.00p.m. – 4. 30p.m at
the IEBC Procurement Anniversary Towers Fifth Floor Room No. 525 & the address given below.
More details on the Services are provided in PART 2 – Services’ Requirements, Section V –
Description of Services of the Tender Document.
4. Tender Security is not applicable. The bidder will be required to fill TENDERSECURING DECLARATION FORM
5. A complete set of tender documents may be obtained by interested candidates by downloading free of
charge from IEBC Website at www.iebc.or.keor www.tenders.go.ke.Tenderers who download the
tender documents through the website are advised to register with the Supply Chain Offices or email
their contacts through procurement@iebc.or.ke immediately in order to facilitate any further
clarification or addendum.
6. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
7. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before FRIDAY, 29th NOVEMBER
2024 11:00 am East African Time. Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.

8. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any
deadline date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the
Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
9. Late tenders will be rejected.
