Interested eligible candidates may obtain further information from and inspect the tender documents at Supply Chain Department, Kenya Agricultural & Livestock Research Organization Kaptagat Road, P, O. Box 57811-00200, Nairobi, Telephone No. 020-4183301-20 – Ext 2151 during normal working hours.
A complete set of tender document may be obtained by interested candidates upon payment of non- refundable fees of Ksh. 1,000 in cash or Bankers cheque payable to the Director General, KALRO. Tender documents may also be viewed and downloaded free of charge from KALRO website www. kalro.org or the National Treasury portal suppliers@treasury.go.ke. Those who choose to download the tender document and intend to submit a bid are required to register their details at the office of the Director, Supply Chain Management office, room 151 or through email tenders@kalro.org so as to be able to receive clarifications and addenda.
Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes marked with tender reference number and be deposited in the Tender Box situated at the entrance of KALRO Headquarters on Kaptagat Road, Off Waiyaki Way or be addressed to;

Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the candidates or their representatives who choose to attend at KALRO Headquarters Conference room.
