PROVISION OF CLEANING SERVICES AND SANITARY SERVICES
TENDER NO: BAC/TC/21/2022-2023
1. BUKURA AGRICULTURAL COLLEGE invites sealed tenders for provision of cleaning
and sanitary services for 2022-2023 FINANCIAL YEAR
2. Bidding will be conducted through the procedures specified in the Public Procurement and
Asset Disposal Act (PPADA) 2015 and restricted to invited bidders.
3. You are hereby invited to submit a bid for the provision of cleaning and sanitary services as
indicated in the attached document. Completed serialized/paginated bidding documents
one original and a copy in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked on top with the Tender
Number and Description and must be addressed to below:

4. A complete set of tender documents may be purchased or obtained by interested tenders
upon payment of non- refundable fees of ksh 1000 in cash or Banker’s Cheque and payable
to the address given below. Tender documents may be obtained electronically from the
Website www.bukuracollege.ac.ke or http://www.tenders.go.ke.Tender documents
obtained electronically will be free of charge.
5. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website
www.bukuracollege.ac.ke or http://www.tenders.go.ke. Tenderers who download the
tender document must forward their particulars immediately to
procurement@bukuracollege.ac.ke telephone 020-3505479/020-2349265 or postal address
P.O. box 23-50105 Bukura to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
6. Completed tender documents in plain, sealed envelope(s) clearly marked with the
respective “Tender Number …..” and bearing no indication of the tenderer(s) name should
be deposited in the Tender Box situated at the entrance to Administrative Block or sent by
post to:

7. So as to reach him not later than Tuesday, 7TH June 2022 at 10.00am and to be opened
immediately thereafter in public in the presence of bidders or their representatives who
choose to attend in the opening in the Principal’s Boardroom at 10;00am
8. Late bids, Electronic Bids, Bids not opened in and not read out in public at the bid
opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation.
