PUBLIC AUCTION NOTICE & CATALOGUE
Tourism Fund in conjunction with the M/s. Speedman Commercial Agencies Limited will sell by Public Auction Boarded Motor Vehicles and Assorted Office Furniture & Equipment on various dates and Venues as tabulated in table 1 & 2 below;
CONDITIONS OF SALE
1. Viewing of the items will be done on sites indicated below from the 9th of June to 13th June during normal working hours on weekdays only, to verify the details as they are not warranted by Tourism Fund or the Auctioneer M/s. Speedman Commercial Agencies Limited
2. Public Auction will be conducted at the below mentioned Tourism Fund premises on the dates and times indicated in table 1 below.
3. Interested bidders are required to pay a non – refundable deposit of Kshs 500.00 which is mandatory to get a bidding number. The deposit shall be paid in form of cash at the Tourism Fund Headquarters (Tourism Fund Office) Cash Office 4th floor during normal working hours on at the sale venue of Auctions outside Nairobi.
4. The receipt will be presented at the entry gate of every auction venue and no one will be allowed without a bid number.
5. All lots bided and fully paid for must be collected within thirty (7 days) days failure to which the purchaser shall be liable to pay a storage charge of Kshs. 1,000/= per day.
6. The items shall be sold on AS-IS-WHERE-IS basis.
7. The declared purchaser (highest bidder) MUST pay 25% of the purchase price in cash (Bankers cheque) at the fall of the hammer and the balance must be paid in cash within seven (7) days from the auction date, failure to which the initial deposit will be forfeited and the item will be offered to the second highest bidder.
8. The bids are subject to reasonable given reserve prices.
9. Tourism Fund reserves the right to reject any bid price and does not bind itself to give the reasons for the rejection. The Auctioneer word Is Final.
10. Taxes and other charges involved during transfer of ownership will be borne by the purchaser.
11. Bidders are notified that DUTY has not been paid for the vehicles.
12. Sale of a bid numbers will close at the auction date strictly at 9.00 am.

All items can be viewed in their respective locations as tabulated in table 2 below. From 9th -14th June, 2022 during normal working hours on weekdays only.
