PURCHASE OF ABATTOIR OPERATION/ SLAUGHTERING EQUIPMENT’S AT NOMOTIO ABATTOIR IN SAMBURU COUNTY 2023 – SCG

SAMBURU COUNTY GOVERNMENT TENDER MAY 2023 

County Government has obtained a Grant from the European Union, through the Ministry of Devolution, under the EU-IDEAS LED Programme for the Establishment of Nomotio Abattoir at Nomotio Livestock Improvement Centre in Samburu County and now invites interested and eligible bidders for the following tenders;

Tender documents may be downloaded free of charge from the Samburu County Government website, www.samburu.go.ke/tenders or National Government Procurement Portal website, www.tenders.go.ke This bid is open to both local and national bidders.

The interested bidders are also advised to assemble at the Chief Officer Livestock and Animal Health on Wednesday 10^th May 2023 at 10:00 AM East African Time, for a mandatory site visit. A visit certificate will be issued.

The duly completed bids should be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked with Tender Number and Tender Name and deposited in the tender box situated at the entrance of Samburu County Treasury offices and be addressed to:

So as to be received on or before Friday 19^th  May 2023 at 10:00 AM East African time. Opening of bids will take place immediately thereafter at Procurement Offices Samburu County Headquarters building in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend. Successful bidders will be selected in accordance with evaluation criteria and terms and conditions set out in the bidding documents.
