INVITATION TO TENDER

3. CONTRACT NAME AND DESCRIPTION: PURCHASE OF CEREMONIAL UNIFORMS AND OTHER FITTINGS
4. The Department of public service management, Administration and Ict invites sealed tenders for the purchase of ceremonial uniforms and other fittings
5. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method National/ using a standardized tender document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
6. In case this tender is subject to a Reservation, specify the Group is eligible to tender, Insert e.g. “Tendering is open to all Small and Medium Enterprises registered appropriately with………………………”).
7. In case tender is subject to Multiple contracts/lots, insert “Tenderers will be not allowed to tender for one or more lots”.
8. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during office hours 0900 to 1500 hours] at the address given below.
9. Tender documents may be obtained electronically from the Website((www.tanariver.go.ke) and or ifmis portal. http://www.supplier.treasury.go.ke Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of charge.
10. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website (www.tanariver.go.ke). Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately www.tanariver.go.ke , telephone and postal address) to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
11. All Tenders must be accompanied by a [ “tender Security” or “Tender-Securing Declaration,” as appropriate] of [Ksh 160,000/= of a tender Security.]

14. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any dead line date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
15. Late tenders will be rejected.
