INVITATION TO TENDER
PURCHASE OF LAND FOR CEMETERY IN KINANGO MUNICIPALITY

TENDER REFERENCE NUMBER: 1388056-2/2023-2024
1. The County Government of Kwale, Kinango Municipality invites sealed tenders for the procurement of 12
acres of land for the Cemetery in Kinango Municipality within Kwale County
2. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method using a standardized tender document. Tendering
is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during
office hours the address Kinango Municipality.
4. A complete set of tender documents can be obtained by interested tenders upon visiting
www.kwalecountygov.com or www.tenders.go.ke . Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of
charge.
5. Tendered documents may be viewed and down loaded for free from the website www.kwalecountygov.com ).
Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to info@kwale.go.ke
to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
6. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender security (N/A)
7. Completed tenders must be submit via ifmis through the kenya supplier portal on or before FRIDAY 12TH
January, 2024 at 10.00 am. Only Electronic Tenders will be permitted.
8. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline date and
time specified later.Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives
who choose to attend at the address below.
9. Late tenders will be rejected.
