Interested eligible bidders may view and obtain the tender documents by downloading
from Sunset Hotel’s website www.sunsethotel.co.ke

Tenderers are encouraged to attend the site visit on 13th August 2024 at 9.00 a.m.
Completed tender documents, in sealed envelopes marked with tender description and
reference should be addressed to;

P.O. BOX 215-40100,
KISUMU.
And deposited in the Tender Box located at the Hotel reception so as to be received not
later than 20th August,2024 at 12.00 noon. Bulky tender documents will be received
and registered at the Procurement Office.
Bids shall be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the bidders or their
representatives who may choose to attend.
Late bids will be rejected.
