INVITATION TO  TENDER

1.1 The KAIBOI NATIONAL POLYTECHNIC invites sealed bids from eligible candidates for supply and delivery of goods , provison of goods and work for the FY 2024/2026
1.2 A complete set of FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT/CONTRACT
documents can be viewed and downloaded free of charge from the
Kaiboi KANP website www.kaiboitech.ac.ke and notify the
Institute immediately by email on kaiboi@kaiboitech.ac.ke or from
Public Procurement & Information Portal (PPIP) at
https://tenders.go.ke. and notify the Institute immediately by email
on kaiboi@kaiboitech.ac.ke
1.3 FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT/CONTRACTs who meet the criteria
indicated below and supported by relevant documentary evidence
may be considered:
(a) Certificate of registration/Incorporation
(b)KRA pin certificate
(c) Women, Youth and PWDs, must show proof of registration
with the National Treasury
(d)Valid tax compliance certificate
(e) Proof of sound financial standing and adequate access to bank
credit line-attach certified bank statements for the last six
months)
(f)Litigation history of the company
(g)Current single business permit
(h) Valid medical certificate
(i) Dully filled form of FRAMEWORK
AGREEMENT/CONTRACT
(j) Detailed company profile
1.4 Completed FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT/CONTRACT documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes marked with
FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT/CONTRACT reference number and be deposited in the FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT/CONTRACT Box at the
entrance of the Administration block and be addressed to:

So as to be received on or before 6th June, 2024 at 10.00am
1.5 Prices quoted should be net inclusive of all taxes and delivery must
be in Kenya Shillings and shall remain valid for 90(ninety) days from the
closing date of the FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT/CONTRACT.
1.6 FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT/CONTRACTs will be opened
immediately thereafter in the presence of the Candidates or their
representatives who choose to attend.
