NOTICE FOR REGISTRATION OF SUPPLIERS AND SERVICE PROVIDERS FOR FINANCIAL YEARS 2023-2025
Water Sector Trust Fund (WaterFund) is a State Corporation under the Ministry of Water, Sanitation and Irrigation and established under the Water Act, 2016, Section 113, with the mandate to provide conditional and unconditional grants to the Counties and to assist in financing the development of and management of water and sanitation services in the marginalised and underserved areas.
To enhance the capacity of the WaterFund in carrying out its mandate, we are in the process of registering suppliers for provision of goods, works and services for the period 2023-2025 Financial Years. Currently registered service providers who wish to be retained in the register should apply and submit up-to-date information as requested in the registration document.

Interested suppliers and service providers are directed to download registration tender document free of charge from WaterFund Tenders’ portal http://waterfund.go.ke/downloads/tenders or from the PPIP tender portal
Completed registration of suppliers documents should be submitted in plain, sealed envelopes clearly indicating the Tender Reference Number (WSTF/ PR/2023-2025) and Category Description being applied for (separate docu- ment per category) and deposited in the Tender Box marked “REGISTRATION OF SUPPLIERS” located at WaterFund reception on or before 24th May 2023 at 10.00AM and be addressed to:

Bids will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who choose to attend while observing Ministry of Health prescribed COVID-19 protocols. Late submissions shall not be accepted.
LARGE TENDERS THAT CANNOT FIT IN THE TENDER BOX SHALL BE REGIS- TERED AT WATERFUND RECEPTION.
WaterFund reserves the right to accept or reject any application in part or in whole and is not bound to give reasons for its decision.
Youth, Women and Persons with Disabilities (preference categories) service providers registered with the National Treasury are encouraged to continue registering.
The list of the successful bidders will be posted on our website by 28th June, 2023.
