Malindi Water & Sewerage Company Limited now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for tenders for the Financial year 2022-2023 and Registration of Suppliers for financial years 2022-2024
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents during office hours 0900 hours to 1600 hours from Monday to Friday excluding lunch hour (1300 tol400hours) and public holidays.
A complete set of bidding documents in English May be downloaded for free from Malindi Water and Sewerage Co. Ltd website www.malindiwater.co.ke and immediately email the firm’s name and contacts details to info@malindiwater.co.ke / malindiwater6@gmail.com for records and communication for any tender clarifications or addenda.
Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes marked with Tender Name and Reference Number and deposited in the Tender Box next to Finance Managers Office, Malindi Water and Sewerage Co. Ltd along – Maji road opposite County Assembly of Kilifi at the address below so as to be received on or before 13th July 2022 at 11.00 am Local Time.
Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the candidates or their representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
