University of Kabianga hereby invites interested and eligible bidders to submit bids for the following tenders:-

Interested and eligible candidates may download a complete set of the tender documents as well as further in­formation free of charge from our website at www.kabianga.ac.ke or at http://tenders.go.ke. Bidders who download the tender documents must forward their particulars immediately to purchasing@kabianga.ac.ke for communication of any tender clarification.

Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, marked with the tender reference number and be deposited in the tender box provided at the University of Kabianga, Administration and Finance Block, Procurement Office Entrance (Main Campus) or be addressed and posted to the Vice-Chan­cellor University of Kabianga P.O. Box 2030-20200 Kericho so as to be received on or before Tuesday, 7th  December, 2021 at 11.00am.

Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the candidates or their representatives who choose to attend the opening at the University of Kabianga Boardroom.

Any canvassing or giving of false information will lead to automatic disqualification.
