REGISTRATION OF SUPPLIERS/CONTRACTORS/SERVICE PROVIDERS
- Kenya Meat Commission invites eligible candidates to apply for registration of suppliers/contractors/ service providers for a period of 2023/2024 and 2024/2025.
- Prospective candidates may view and download tender document from Kenya Meat Commission website: www.kenyameat.co.ke and Public Procurement Information Portal: https://tenders.go.ke free of charges
- Successful bidders must meet all preliminary / mandatory requirements as stipulated in the bid document and attach copies of relevant documents

- Registration under the preference and reservation Scheme (CATEGORY A) shall be continuous. Candidates shall be required to present valid original and copies of the following: Certificate of registration/incorporation, Tax compliance certificate, AGPO certificate, CR12 and/or identification documents for directors, in addition Registration under SMALL WORKS must have relevant NCA certificate and practicing license. The documents should be accompanied with a letter indicating specific categories that they request in. Previously registered candidates are required to resubmit their documents for inclusion in the new register.
- Candidates under the open (CATEGORY B) shall fill and submit complete set of bid document(S) with relevant attachments. The same shall be enclosed in a plain sealed envelope (Original and one copy only) clearly indicating the tender name, number and category, addressed to:

AND MUST be deposited in the tender box located at the Commissions’ Headquarters, Corporate Communication Office Athi River to reach us on or before Friday September 15 2023 at 11:00am.
- The names of successful candidates shall be posted in the Commissions website www.kenyameat.co.ke and Public Procurement Information Portal: https://tenders.go.ke. Candidates who miss out on registration shall be required to reapply in the next financial year.
