Complete set of registration document shall be obtained freely from KEPHIS website www.kephis.org or the government tenders portal. Complete duly filled and serialized documents (Original only) should be submitted in plain sealed envelopes clearly labeled “Tender No.K/T/11/ /2020-21,respective category and Item Description and clearly marked DO NOT OPEN BEFORE Monday 28th June 2021, should be addressed to:

The same to be deposited in the Tender Box situated at KEPHIS headquarters, Nairobi Karen Ololua Ridge at the reception area so as to be received not later than 28th June 2021 at 10:30am. Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of tenderers who choose to attend. Firms already in KEPHIS database are hereby informed to apply afresh for the period mentioned herein.
