| PRE-QUALIFICATION OF SUPPLIERS FOR FINANCIAL YEARS 2021-2023 |
United Nations Sacco Society Limited, UN SACCO is currently updating its register of suppliers for various goods, services and works for the period 1st September 2021 to 31st August 2023. Interested suppliers are invited to apply for pre-qualification indicating the category of goods and services they wish to supply. Existing suppliers who wish to be retained must also apply and submit up-to date information requested in the pre-qualification document.
Prequalified suppliers shall be engaged on an As- and When required basis

The following documents are mandatory to all categories and must be included on submission:
- Certificate of Incorporation or Registration of Business/consultancy.
- Copy of Valid KRA Tax Compliance Certificate.
- Letters of Recommendation from at least three (3) of your major customers/clients of similar goods, services and works.
- Audited annual accounts for the last two (2) years.
- Membership certification for regulatory and professional bodies (where applicable).
- Submit a business/company profile.
- Letters of Recommendation from at least three (3) of your major customers/clients of similar goods, services and works
- Copy of receipt of payment for pre-qualification documents.
All applicants should provide current postal and email addresses as these will be used in communication regarding pre-qualification outcomes and any invitation to tender and/or request for quotations. Interested and eligible applicants may obtain further information, inspect and/or obtain the Pre-qualification tender documents from the Sacco’s website www.unsacco.org. A non-refundable tender fee of Kshs. 1,000/- per each set of pre-qualification tender category / document is to be paid through a direct cash deposit into UNSacco’s Bank Account at. COOPERATIVE BANK OF KENYA LTD, Account Name: UNITED NATIONS SACCO LTD FOSA, Account No. Oil 20070949500.
Completed pre-qualification tender documents, accompanied with the payment slip must be submitted via email through the following email address mailto:prequalification@unsacco.org with the subject of the email clearly indicating the category Number and Description, For example, “UNSACCO/X/01/2021-2023: Supply of……” Only, to be received on or before Wednesday 11th August 2021, at 10.00am East Africa time. Late bids will not be accepted.
Tenders will be opened immediately after tender closing time at the Sacco’s Office. Due to Covid-19 safety protocols, applicants will not be required to be physically present at the tender opening. However; email acknowledgement will be sent to all participants.
United Nations Sacco Society Limited reserves the right to accept or reject any or all of the tenders and is not bound to give reasons for its decisions thereof.
