BOMET COUNTY GOVERNMENT TENDER JULY 2023 

INVITATION TO APPLY FOR PREQUALIFICATION /REGISTRATION OF SUPPLIERS

1. The Bomet County Government intends to prequalify contractors/Suppliers/Service
Providers for supply of Goods and services for various categories as shown herein.
2. It is expected that the Invitation to Tender will be made in 2023 to 2025.Tendering will
be conducted through Request for quotations (RFQ) and restricted tendering (RT)
procedures using a standardized tender document and will be open to all applicants who
prequalify.
3. Qualified and interested applicants may obtain further information and inspect the
Prequalification Document during office hours from 8:00hrs to 5:00hrs at the address
given below.
4. A complete set of Prequalification/Registration Document in English may be obtained
by interested applicants free of charge from the County Government of Bomet
Website.www.bomet.go.ke or Kenya suppliers(PPIP) PORTAL.
5. Prequalification/Registration Document may be viewed and downloaded for free from
the website www.bomet.go.ke or www.tender.go.ke Applicants who download the
Prequalification /Registration Document must forward their particulars immediately to
cgbprocurement@gmail.com to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
6. Applications for prequalification/Registration should be submitted by postal service, or
hand/courier delivery, clearly marked envelopes and delivered to the address given
below ON OR BEFORE FRIDAY 28TH JULY 2023 AT 10.00AM.
7. Late applications are reliable to be rejected.
