Interested firms may inspect and obtain complete Tender Document from the Procurement office, Harambee
Sacco Plaza, 10th Floor, along Haile Selassie & Uhuru high way junction Nairobi during normal working hours
upon payment of a Non-refundable fee of Kshs.1,000/= per set of documents (Except Registration
of Suppliers) payable in cash or banker’s cheque drawn in favor of National Government Constituencies
Development Fund Board. The Tender documents can also be viewed and downloaded from the website
www.ngcdf.go.ke at no cost. Bidders who download the tender document from the website will be
required to email their detailed contact to procurement@ngcdf.go.ke for recording, further clarifications
and addenda.
The Completed tender documents must be submitted in plain sealed envelopes clearly specifying tender
number and item description and should be addressed to: –

Bids shall be placed in the Tender Box situated on 10th Floor, Harambee Sacco Plaza, Nairobi on or before
the dates indicated in the table. Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the
tenderer representatives who choose to attend. Documents submitted after this will NOT BE ACCEPTED.
