| REGISTRATION OF SUPPLIERS NOTICE |
The Office of the Registrar of Political Parties (ORRP) is a State Office established under Political Parties Act, No. 11 of 2011 pursuant to Articles 91 and 92 of the Constitution of Kenya, 2010. The Office is mandated to register and regulate political parties as well as administer the Political Parties Fund.
ORPP hereby invites applications from interested and eligible bidders for registration of suppliers for the period 2022/2023-2023/2024 Financial Years as provided in the detailed table below. Suppliers currently registered by ORPP are required to register a fresh if they wish to participate.
Firms registered under the Youth, Women and Persons with Disability (YWPD) are encouraged to apply.

The registration documents should be placed in the Tender box situated on the 1st floor reception area of Office of the Registrar of Political Parties, at Lion Place, Westlands during office working hours; Monday through Friday, to be received on or before 23rd September, 2022 at 11.00a.m.
To note:
Special Groups (YWPD): for the purpose of this exercise special groups are; Youth (18-35 years), Women and Persons with Disabilities who have registered with the National Treasury (Directorate of Procurement)
Open: means all eligible bidders can apply.
Registration documents submitted later than the indicated closing date and time shall automatically be disqualified.
