REGISTRATION OF SUPPLIERS FOR GOODS, WORKS & SERVICES FOR FY 2023/2024 & 2024/2025
Tharaka University invites eligible and interested firms to register & pre-qualify for the supply of goods, works and services for the financial year 2023-2024 and 2024-2025.
Interested and eligible candidates may download tender documents free of charge from Tharaka University’s website; http//www.tharaka.ac.ke or Kenya Government tenders portal-http//www.supplier.treasury.go.ke
To be eligible, the candidate MUST prove that they qualify to participate in public procurement by providing copies of MANDATORY documents as stated in the pre-qualification document.
Completed tender documents in plain sealed envelope indicating the “TENDER NUMBER” AND “NAME” without identifying the sender should be addressed and sent to,

Alternatively, they can be placed in the Tender Box located at the Reception of the Vice- Chancellor’s Office ON or BEFORE Wednesday, 7th June, 2023 at 10:00 A.M. Bids submitted later than this date and time shall be returned unopened.
The opening of bids will take place immediately thereafter at Tharaka University Boardroom in the presence of bidders/their representatives who may choose to attend.
