Interested eligible applicants may obtain further information and inspect the tender documents from the Supply Chain
Management Services Office Ground Floor, Jogoo House ‘B’, Harambee Avenue, Nairobi during normal working
hours. The Tender Documents may be downloaded from Ministry of Education website www.education.go.ke free of
charge. Tenderers who wish to participate are required to send their details to ppo@education.go.ke for registration.
Tenders must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly labeled with the Tender Category and Category Number and be
deposited in the tender box located on the ground floor at Jogoo House ‘B’ marked:

Bids can be posted to the above address so as to be received on or before the specified date of closing.
Tenders will be opened immediately in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.
All bidders whose applications will have been received by the closing date and time will be advised in due course, of the
results of their applications.
