KAAGA GIRLS HIGH SCHOOL TENDER JUNE 2023 

Tenders are invited from interested and eligible bidders for the supply of goods and provision of services for the following categories in the financial year 1st July, 2023 – 30th June, 2024.

Tender forms may be obtained from’ the accounts office during office working hours Monday – Friday upon payment of non- refundable fee of Kshs. 1,000 per set of documents into the school bank account at KCB, account No. 1240250223. Reserved tenders are for Women, Youth and People with Disabilities. Price quoted must be inclusive of VAT (where applicable) and -other charges attracted by the commodity delivery to the school. Completed tender documents in plain sealed envelopes bearing no indication of the sender and marked tender No……………..for……………….should be addressed to:-

and placed in the tender Box at the school office not later than 21^st JUNE, 2023 by 10.00am Tenders will be opened ‘the same day in the school Boardroom at S 0.00a.m. Interested tenderers or their representatives are welcome to attend the tender, opening meeting.
