TENDER INVITATION AND REGISTRATION OF SUPPLIERS
The Financial Reporting Centre (FRC or the Centre) is a Government Institution established under Section 21 of the Proceeds of Crime and Anti-Money Laundering Act 2009 (POCAMLA) and the Prevention of Terrorism Act (PATO) 2012 with the principal objective of identifying proceeds of crime, combating money laundering and the fight against terrorism financing.
The FRC invites sealed Open National Tenders and Registration of Suppliers/Service providers as indicated below:

Tenderers who have downloaded the tender documents and the registration documents must immediately forward their particulars to the email: Info@frc.go.ke/dg@frc.go.ke/ procurement@frc.go.ke for purposes of any further clarifications.
Completed tender documents and registration documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, marked the tender name and number and addressed to:

P.O Box, Private Bag 00200 Nairobi.
And be deposited in the tender box situated on the 13th floor, Old Mutual Tower, Upper Hill Road, Nairobi during normal working hours so as to be received on or before the respective indicted closing dates above.
Tenders and registration documents will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend at the Old Mutual Tower, Upper Hill Road, Nairobi, 13th floor meeting room at the indicted respective closing dates.
