All firms must provide:

- b)Copy of V.A.T Registration Certificate
- c)Copies of Pin Certificate of Firm/Company/Individual
- d)List of ongoing Contracts/Projects (goods/services)
- e)Bank references
- f)Registration certificates with relevant institutions
- g)Proof of registration Certificate under the procurement preference and reservation
- h)Provide National construction authority (NCA) for provision of works under category C
Tender in plain sealed envelopes marked tender number on the right hand side corner and bearing no indication of the tenderer should be addressed to:

And placed in the tender box on or sent by post so as to reach the above address on or before Monday 31st Oct, 2022 at 10.30am.
Submitted bids will be opened publicly in the headquarters building soon after the above stated closing date and time in the presence of the tenderers on their representatives who choose to attend.
