REGISTRATION OF SUPPLIERS FOR THE FINANCIAL YEARS 2023/2024-2024/2025
Katine Technical Training Institute invites application for Registration of Suppliers and Service Providers from
Eligible bidders for the FY 2023 – 2024 and 2024 – 2025

Registration documents may be obtained from the Institute Procurement office during normal working hours
upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Ksh. 1000 (One thousand Kenya shillings only) per document or
download from the institute’s website www.katinetti.ac.ke free of charge.
Bidders who choose to download the documents from the website must also forward their particulars
immediately for records via info@katinetti.ac.ke Payment shall be made by direct deposits to our A/C no.
1141253852 KCB TALA BRANCH in the name of Katine Technical Training Institute. Complete documents
should be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked with the category no. Addressed to:

and be deposited in the tender box located at the institute administration block on or before Thursday, 15th
June 2023 at 11.00 A.M. Registration documents will be opened immediately in the institute board room in the
presence of tenderer who choose to attend.
REQUIREMENTS
Prospective suppliers shall be required to submit the following MANDATORY documents as proof of
their eligibility: –
1. Certificate of Registration/Incorporation
2. Valid Tax Compliance Certificate
3. Copy of Current Trade License
4. Attach CR 12/CR 13 Directorship of the company
5. Valid AGPO Certificate where applicable
6. Duly Completed Confidential Business Questionnaire

7. The person/firm MUST NOT be debarred by the Public Procurement Regulatory
Authority (Provide Statement/Declaration)
Those wishing to register in more than one category will be required to download documents for each category.
Note:
a) Submission of the names shall be continuous and the registration list shall be updated periodically as
prescribed in the regulations and the Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act 2015.
b) Reserved means it is open to women, youth and persons with disability only.
c) Open means Women, Youth and Persons with disability are eligible to participate.
d) Preference means Women, Youth and Persons with disability will be given preference during
evaluation
Completed registration documents in a plain sealed envelope,
clearly marked
“REGISTRATION OF SUPPLIERS FOR 2023/2024 – 2024/2025” bearing the respective
REFERENCE NUMBER & CATEGORY but no indication of the applicant, should be
deposited in the Tender Box at the KATINE TECHNICAL TRAINING INSTITUTE
