REGISTRATION OF SUPPLIERS FOR THE FINANCIAL YEARS 2024-2026
The County Government of Taita Taveta invites sealed applications for registration of interested and
qualified suppliers, contractors and consultants for the financial years 2024-2025 and 2025-2026
in various categories as indicated in the Document attached.
MANDATORY REQUIMENTS
The following must be submitted together with the Registration documents for the applicants to be
registered and included in the list of registered firms for a period of two (2) years:-
1. Certified copy of Registration/Incorporation
2. Valid Tax Compliance Certificate/Exemption certificate
3. Valid PIN/VAT certificate
4. Current Year Single Business Permit by the County Government of Taita Taveta
5. Copies of Valid Registration with National Construction Authority orany validpracticing
certificatesfor relevant Works i.e. building, water, electrical, roads etc.
6. Copies of Registration with relevant Regulatory bodies where applicable i.e.
KENYA PHARMACY AND POISON BOARD for pharmaceuticals.
MANUFACTURER’S AUTHORISATION for medical equipment
KEPHIS for supply of seedlings
IRA Insurance Services
NEMA certification a MUST for provision of environmental assessment,
environmental management plans and environmentalaudits
7. In case of firms applying under Special Categories (Youth, Women, and PWD) MUST submit
copies of Valid AGPO Registration Certificate from the NATIONAL GOVERNMENT.
8. All bidders MUST have IFMIS numbers.
9. Audited Accounts for the last two years for companies.
10. Certified bank statements for the last 6 months
11. For provision of Outside Catering Service –bidder MUST avail a certificate of health for foodhandling issued
by National or County Government
12. The tender document MUST be serialized and well arranged.
13. Failure to attach or comply with any of the above requirements will lead to
automatic disqualification.

of charge. EACH CATEGORY SHOULD BE APPLIED SEPARATELY
Completed Registration documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, clearly marked
“REGISTRATION (REFERENCE No) ……………………… for
(CATEGORY)……………………… ” should be addressed to;

Or Deposit the registration documents in the tender box situated at the Mwatate finance office on or
before 19th JULY 2024 at 10.30 am and thereafter the documents will be opened immediately in
the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.
