REGISTRATION OF SUPPLIERS FOR THE PERIOD 2024/2026 – KCA

COUNTY GOVERNMENT OF KAKAMEGA TENDER JUNE 2024  

OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE COUNTY ASSEMBLY

The County Assembly of Kakamega Invites eligible and interested bidders to apply for Supplier Registration for the period 2024/2025 and 2025/2026 and to enter into Framework Agreements with, for provision of various goods, services and works for the period 2024 – 2026 as listed below:

1. Interested  eligible candidates may obtain further information from and inspect the tender documents from the Assembly’s website: www.kakamega-assembly.go.ke  OR from the Public Procurement Inform at on Portal (http://www.tender.go.ke] top of charge.
2. Special groups include youth, women and persons with disability who have been duly registered with the National Treasury [Directorate of Procurement], They MUST show proof of registration by attaching certificate of registration in their tender,
3. ONLY IFMIS compliant Suppliers, Contractors and Service providers will be engaged by the County Assembly of Kakamega.

5. a)Firms are advised to read, understand and comply with the set requirements before submitting their applications.
6. b)The County Assembly of Kakamega shall authenticate all the documents provided by the Applicants.
7. c)Any AGPO Registered firm that applies for the open categories is required to fulfil! set requirements under the open categories level. Non-AGPO registered/established firms that apply to be considered in the reserved categories shall automatically be disqualified.
8. Completed Registration and Framework Agreement documents in plain sealed envelopes, clearly marked with the Registration or Framework Agreement Number and Description of the tender indicated on the envelope should be addressed and delivered to:
