REGISTRATION OF SUPPLIERS FYs 2020/2022

Following the devolution of water and sanitations services function to County Governments under Schedule Four of the Constitution of Kenya, the Meru County Urban Water and Sanitation Services Corporation was established in 2014 by an Act of the County Assembly of Meru to provide and manage water and sanitation services in the prescribed urban areas, among other functions.

The Corporation is the successor to the Meru Water and Sewerage Services (MEWASS] and Imetha Water and Sanitation Company Ltd. The Corporation is in the process of listing suppliers for the period-2020/2022. .

Interested, eligible and competent suppliers are invited to apply for Registration, indicating category of goods, works and services they wish to supply.

A set of the registration documents can be obtained by downloading from MEWASS website www.mewass.or.ke for free.

Application clearly marked the registration No. and Description on a sealed envelope should be addressed to:

And be deposited in the tender box at the office reception so as to be received on or before Thursday, 6th August 2020 at 11.00 A.M. The registration documents will be opened thereafter. Tenderers or their representatives may attend the tender opening.

Only short listed bidders will be contacted to give competitive tenders/ quotations for purchase of goods, works and services.
