International Centre for Reproductive Health intends to Prequalify/Register Suppliers for the provision of various goods, works and services for the financial years 2023 -2025.
ICRH invites applications for the registration of interested, eligible and qualified Suppliers, Contractors and Consultants in the following categories. A separate Questionnaire shall be filled out for EACH PROCUREMENT CATEGORY applied for.
Suppliers that are currently registered by the Organization are required to register afresh if they wish to participate.

Additionally, suppliers shall be expected to provide documentary proof of their capability in the respective areas of application. In this case, documents detailing the necessary qualifications, experience, resources, equipment, facilities and proof of membership to a professional body where relevant should be attached.
For consultancy services, the firms or individuals to attach qualifications of the technical personnel, CV & recommendation letters from Clients/lnstitutions/Agencies and samples or documentary proof of work done

They can either be Sent via Courier or Hand Delivered to be deposited in the Tender Box located at the International Centre for Reproductive Health located behind City Mall, 3rd Avenue, Off Mahesh Doshi Road, Nyali so as to be received on or before Friday, May 12th , 2023 at 1000hours.
Applications shall be opened on Friday, May 12th, 2023 at 1100hours at ICRH Board Room. Bidders or their representatives who wish to witness the opening are welcome to attend.
This exercise shall be continuous throughout the supply period and an application to be included in the list may be made at any time after the closing date for consideration during subsequent evaluations.
