REGISTRATION OF SUPPLIERS & SERVICE PROVIDERS FOR 2022/2023 – 2023/2024 FINANCIAL YEARS

Kenya Forest College invites applications from interested and eligible firms for
registration as service providers for the under listed goods, services and works for the
2022/2023 – 2022/2023 Financial Years. Each tender/registration document shall be
used to apply for one category as indicated below. For applicants applying for more
than one category, different registration/tender document shall be used for each
category. Applying for several categories using one document is not acceptable.
A) SUPPLY OF GOODS-OPEN CATEGORY

NB: 1) Current providers are required to re-apply. AGPO registered firms who wish to apply for Category A&B will be required to satisfy all the requirements in OPEN Categories. The list of providers under Categories A&B will be updated on biannual basis.
C) RESERVED(AGPO) CATEGORIES

Under Category C (Reserved) no registration documents require to be filled. The current providers will be retained as long as the AGPO registration and other registration documents are valid. However, interested AGPO firms who are not registered can submit their current AGPO Certificate and other statutory documents directly for inclusion in the list.
Registration documents (for Category A & B) may be downloaded from the KFS website: www.kenyaforestservice.org. Or from the Public Procurement Portal: tenders.go.ke free of charge.

and deposited in the tender box located at the administration block, Kenya Forestry College, Londiani so as to be received on/or before 15.09.2022 at 10.00 a.m. Tenders submitted later than the indicated closing date and time shall automatically be disqualified. Registration documents will be opened immediately after the closing date and time in the presence of applicants or their representatives who choose to attend the opening at the Principal’s Conference Hall. N.B The registration documents should be deposited in the tender box at the administration block, Kenya Forestry College Londiani and not Kenya Forest Service Headquarters.
