REGISTRATION TENDER NOTICE FOR FINANCIAL YEARS 2022/2024 – MCA

MIGORI COUNTY ASSEMBLY TENDER FEBRUARY 2022 

Migori County Assembly invites applications for Registration of Suppliers and Service Providers from interested eligible Bidders and Tenderers for the supply of goods and provision of services for the Financial Years 2022/2024. For detailed category registration, tenderers should visit Migori County Assembly Procurement Offices.

Interested bidders should attach copies of the following:

1. Copy of Business Registration Certificate/Certificate of Incorporation
2. Copy of valid and current Tax Compliance Certificate
3. Copy of PIN and VAT certificate
4. Youth, Women and PWD’s Certificates from the NATIONAL TREASURY/COUNTY GOVERNMENT (AGPO) for preferential Tenders.
5. Current Single Business Permit

*RESERVED tenders are for youth, women and Persons with disability and must attach a copy of registration certificate from Ministry of Gender and Social Services, Group’s Constitution, YAGPO or WAGPO Certificates.

*Youth, women and persons with disability are encouraged to also competitively apply for the open tenders as long as they meet the required qualifications.

Tender documents can be obtained free of charge at the procurement office of the County Assembly of Migori, next to Migori County Government offices hours from 8.00 AM to 1.00 PM and 2.00 PM to 5.00PM from Monday to Friday or can be downloaded free of charge from our website; www.migoricountyassembly.or.ke

Duly completed pre-qualification and tender documents in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked with relevant category number and description should be addressed to:

Or be deposited in the tender box situated at The Migori County Assembly, on or before 7^th  March, 2022 at 11.00AM.

Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of tenderers or their representatives who may wish to attend. Late bids will not be accepted.

Bidders who shall have downloaded the tender documents from the website must register at the Procurement Office before the deadline for submission of tenders

County Assembly of Migori invites applicants from qualified and eligible firms to bid for the following tenders.

Or be deposited in the tender box situated at The Migori County Assembly, on or before 7^th  March, 2022 at 10.00am Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of tenderers or their representatives who may wish to attend at the County Assembly Cafeteria on 7^th  March ,2022. We shall ensure that the representatives who will choose to attend shall be screened and sanitized before accessing the tender opening venue.

Bidders will also be expected to maintain social distance of at least 1.5 meters away during tender opening.

Late bids will not be accepted.
