WORLD VISION TENDER 2020 

World Vision Kenya (WVK), a non-profit making Christian Relief and Development Agency with projects in most parts of Kenya, invites tenders from approved and reputable construction firms for above works.

Eligible bidders should attach valid documentation and be able to meet the following minimum requirements:-

1. Must be a registered firm in Kenya (Attach Certificate of Registration).
2. Attach copy of CRI2 detailing the firms directors.
3. The Contractor must possess registration in specialist category of Water works with National Construction Authority (NCA) as specified in the tender documents.
4. Attach KRAVAT and PIN registration and valid Tax Compliance Certificates.
5. Attach details of similar or relevant works completed within the last five years giving details of clients who may be contacted for more information, amount and status (completed or ongoing).
6. Must visit the site and show evidence of the visit through a signed confirmation letter from the Project Engineer/ AP Manager.
7. Pre-tender site visit will be held as detailed above and in the tender document.

And delivered to the Tender Box at the reception of World Vision Kenya complex, Karen Road to be received on or before Friday 25th September 2020 at 11.00 am.

Tender prices must remain valid for 90 days from the date of tender closing. Tenders must be accompanied with a Bid Security 5% of the total tender sum in form of a Bank Guarantee from a reputable Bank in Kenya. The bid security must be valid for at least 120 Days from the tender closing date.

World Vision Kenya reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and is not bound to give reasons for its decision.
