REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) FOR PROVISION OF OFFICE SPACE

The State Department for Shipping and Maritime Affairs is sourcing for office space and would like to invite agents
and landlords with premises that are approved and listed by the Ministry of Land, Public works, Housing and
Urban Development (State Department for Housing and Urban Development) to express their interest in providing
the needed space.
The following information should be provided in your response:
1. Total space available (in square feet)
2. Rent per square feet (in KES.)
3. Service charge (if applicable) in KES.
4. Available Parking Slots
5. Cost of parking per slot (per month)
A clearly marked and sealed document labeled SDS&MA-EOI should be addressed to:

And be deposited at the Head of Supply Chain Management Office at the NSSF Annex Building 8th floor on or
before 17th October 2023.
