The LAPSSET Corridor Development Authority (LCDA) is a State Corporation established pursuant to a Presidential Order, LAPSSET Corridor Development Authority Order, 2014 as per the Kenya Gazette Supplement No. 51, Legal Notice No. 58 of March, 2013. The Authority is tasked with overseeing the implementation of the LAPSSET Corridor regional infrastructure Project components linking Kenya with the neighboring countries of Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and Republic of South Sudan
In the fulfillment of its mandate, the Authority wishes to engage an experienced Human Resource consultant to help in recruitment of a Director General / Chief Executive Officer.
The Authority now invites Expressions of Interest (EoIs) from interested firms for the procurement of Human Resource Consultancy Services.
Interested firms can download the Expression of Interest (EoI) document from the Public Procurement Information Portal (PPIP) www.tenders.go.ke or from the LAPSSET Corridor Development Authority website www.lapsset.go.ke

Completed EoI documents shall be submitted in two copies “ORIGINAL” and “COPY” and placed in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked with the tender reference number and name and be addressed to:-
