Completed tender documents must be submitted manually. Manual documents are to be enclosed in a plain sealed envelope marked [Original & Copy), clearly marked
“TENDER NO………………………FOR………………”and shall be deposited in the TENDER BOX, situated at the County Assembly of Embu main offices in Embu Town, or if mailed, addressed to: THE CLERK, COUNTY ASSEMBLY OF EMBU, P.0 BOX 140-60100 EMBU, So as to reach the office not later than 11.00 a.m. on Tuesday 11th January, 2022. The tender documents will be opened immediately thereafter in the County Assembly of Embu Board Room in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend. Tenders received after the stated time or date will be returned to the bidders unopened.
