REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR DEVELOPMENT OF HIGHER EDUCATION MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM (HEMIS)

The State Department for Higher Education and Research invites proposals from interested qualified
firms to provide consultancy services for development of Higher Education Management Information
System (HEMIS).

education.go.ke or the Public Procurement Information Portal, www.tenders.go.ke. Those who
download the document and intend to participate should inform the State Department via email:
sduerprocurement@gmail.com.
A suitably qualified and experienced firm will be selected in accordance with the Public Procurement
and Asset Disposal Act 2015, a copy of which is found at the following website; www.ppra.go.ke
Each copy of technical and financial proposal should be paginated serially, prior to submission.
Proposals MUST be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes marked with the tender number and the tender
