Prices quoted should be net inclusive of all taxes, must be expressed in Kenya shillings and shall remain valid for a period of 120 days from the closing date of the Proposal.
Each copy of technical and financial proposal shall be paginated serially, prior to submission. Clarifications or correspondence can be sent to procurement@brs.go.ke
Completed tender documents MUST be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, marked with the Tender Number and Name and be deposited in the BRS Tender Box next to the lift lobby located on 2nd Floor Sheria House, Nairobi, Kenya addressed to:

So as to be received on or before 15th FEBRUARY 2021 at 12.00PM.
Proposals will be opened promptly thereafter in the presence of the Tenderer’s or their representatives who choose to attend the Opening on 2nd Floor Boardroom at the Business Registration Service offices, Sheria House, Harambee Avenue, Nairobi.
