1.2 The completed Technical and Financial proposals must be delivered and deposited in the Tender box located at the Reception Agriculture and Food Authority Tea House, Naivasha Road, off Ngong Road on or before Tuesday, 16th February 2021, 11.30am Any proposals received later than the closing date for submission of proposals shall be rejected and returned to the individual consultant unopened. 1.3 Technical proposals will be opened immediately after the submission deadline at Conference Hall, ground floor Tea House in the presence of bidders who may choose to attend. |
