INVITATION TO TENDER

REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF A FLEET MANAGEMENT SOLUTION COMPLETE WITH FUEL MONITORING FOR 60 VEHICLES

NEGOTIATION NO: 1248507 

Kisii County Government invites proposals to carry out the above services as detailed in the tender
document. The County will enter into a contract with the winning firm for the provision of services.
The tender document can also be accessed and downloaded from the IFMIS Supplier Portal:
http://supplier.treasury.go.ke and the County’s website: www.kisii.go.ke. The firms that download
the document, and in need of any clarification may forward their inquiries to Head of Procurement,
Kisii County Government, through email address procurement@kisii.go.ke before the closing date
for the purposes of receiving clarifications and/or addendums, if any. The RFP tender document
will be issued free of charge.
Interested tenderers are required to bid through Integrated Financial Management Information
System (IFMIS) system via Negotiation No. 1248507. This tender must be responded to by 11th
MAY, 2023 at 10.00 am East African Time. Completed tender documents must be submitted
through the IFMIS supplier portal. The tender documents will be opened on the same day.
Tenderers’ designated representatives are invited to attend at the Kisii County Treasury
headquarter, Block A, Procurement Pool office, room 2.
