TENDER NOTICE

The Murang’a County Government in conjunction with the national government is implementing the county Aggregation and Industrial Parks [CAIP] program. The program will be implemented at the county government land at Zabka off Kabati town flyover. The program is intended to boost agribusiness, create employment and improve livelihoods for the county residents. The tarmacking of the indicated road is part of county government smart city program. In achieving this, necessary infrastructure needs to be in place. The county therefore, invites eligible bidders to participate in the following tenders.

There shall be a pre-bid/pre-proposal conference to be held on Friday 1st September 2023 at 10.00 at Maragua Sub-County off ices in Kenol Town adjacent to DC’s Off ice and thereafter a site visit.

A complete set of tender documents may be obtained electronically by interested tenderers at no cost from the Website www.muranga.go.ke or supplier s’ portal http:/supplier.treasurv.go.ke.

Electronic Tender shall NOT be permitted.

Hard copies of the complete tender documents enclosed in plain sealed envelopes marked with Tender Name and Reference number should be deposited in the tender Box at Murang’a County Government Headquater Offices, Ground Floor or be addressed to:

Completed tender documents must be delivered to the county’s address above on or before Thursday 7th September 2023 at 10.00 am. Tenders will be publicly opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend.
