Kenya Coordinating Mechanism for Global Fund Tender 2020

TENDER NOTICE
For the past 17 years the Global Fund has worked with partners around the world to fight HIV/AIDS, Tuberculosis
and Malaria and strengthen health systems. Based on the Global Fund Board’s decision in November 2019 on the
funding available for the 2020-2022 allocation period, Kenya has been allocated US$415,310,170 for HIV, tuberculosis, malaria and building resilient and sustainable systems for health (RSSH).

The Kenya Coordinating Mechanism invites prospective institutions to apply as Principal Recipients to manage
Global Fund Grants for HIV/AIDS, TB, malaria and Building Resilient and Sustainable Systems for Health for the
period 1st July 2021- 30th June 2024. This invitation is for non-state Principal Recipients and the amount for each
will be determined through country dialogue.

for Global Fund Grants for HIV, Malaria and TB

Completed set of tender documents are to be submitted in Hard and Soft Copies. Hard copies are to be enclosed
in plain sealed envelopes marked with the Tender Reference Number, the Tender Item Description and addressed:

The Hard Copies will be deposited in the Tender Box on 1st Floor, Lift Lobby Area; a similar set of Soft Copies will
be sent to: Email address: prrfp@globalfundkcm.or.ke and CC to: prrfp@gmail.com so as to be received on or
before 6th May, 2020 at 10.00am.
Tenders shall remain valid for 90 days from the closing date of the tender.
Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the tenderers or their representatives who
choose to attend at Afya House, ADB Boardroom.
